Job applications. When you apply for a job, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, age, availability, start date, the team or position you’re applying for, and any resume you choose to upload. Resumes are stored with our file-hosting provider, and a link to the file is sent to the hiring team with your application.

Private event inquiries. Event inquiry forms are provided by Tripleseat, our event-booking provider. Information you submit there is sent to our events team and handled under Tripleseat’s own privacy policy.

Tickets. Tickets are sold through our ticketing store at tickets.minerslanding.com, which is operated by Gateway Ticketing Systems. Payment and order details you enter there are processed by that system and its payment providers.

Text Club. If you join our Text Club, your phone number and preferences are collected by the text-messaging provider that runs it. You can opt out at any time by following the instructions in the messages.

Contacting us. If you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to share.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site. We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to measure things like which pages are visited, which links and buttons are clicked (for example, links to buy tickets or get directions), how far pages are scrolled, the type of device and browser used, and approximate location based on IP address. We may also use advertising tools such as the Meta Pixel to measure the results of our advertising and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our site.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, including Framer (website hosting and forms), Uploadcare (resume file storage), Google (analytics), Meta (advertising measurement), Tripleseat (event inquiries), and Gateway Ticketing Systems (ticket sales), and when required by law.

Data retention

We keep job applications for as long as needed to fill positions and meet our legal obligations. Analytics data is kept in Google Analytics for up to 14 months, and may be kept longer in aggregated or exported form for reporting.

Children

This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the site.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we collect, but no method of transmitting or storing information online is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top of this page.
